Conscious connected breath work is important as it helps us to slow down the mind, connect to the body and tap into the parasympathetic nervous system bringing peace and calm to the body.
This short guided meditation exercise can be used anytime of the day. Feeling overwhelm, anxious, stressed out, suffering from insomnia, racing thoughts or just want to bring inner peace to your world. This is a beautiful exercise focusing your thoughts and breath on the body, nurturing the spirit.
A mindful practice is a key element to support our mental and physical well being. Mindful practices bring our focus to the present moment and are an important pathway to our overall well being.
